Film Florida’s next Quarterly Meeting is Tuesday March 19 & Wednesday March 20, 2024 in Vero Beach, FL. Events will include meetings for the Film Florida Committees and Councils and the Board of Directors. For those that cannot make it in person, Zoom capabilities will be available. Film Florida meetings and room block are at the Hampton Inn & Suites Vero Beach Downtown, 611 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960.

Hotel rooms can be booked at the Hampton Inn & Suites Vero Beach Downtown for $214/224 per night plus taxes. Rate includes free hot breakfast, free parking, free WiFi, non-smoking rooms, outdoor pool, fitness center, pet-friendly rooms and business center. The group rate cut-off date is Friday February 23, 2024 or when the room block sells out.

During our Quarterly Meetings, we are asking those that attend in person to bring a non-perishable food item to the meetings. Film Florida will collect items and a local member of the organization will collect and drop off the food items at a local shelter or food bank. Additionally, a 50/50 raffle will be conducted during the meetings. Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 of $20. Attendees can pay cash or credit card. Participants can be in person or virtual. The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the Film Florida 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund.
