Duties:
Bookkeeping:
QuickBooks Fluency
Organizing and Maintaining Business Accounts
Documenting Transaction Details
Putting together financial reports
Data Entry/Payroll accounting

Legal Assistant:
Organizing and Maintaining Virtual Client Files
Administration Management
Ability to meet deadlines
Eye for details
Customer service skills

Production Management:
Rights Clearance requests initiation and follow up
Production Agreements management and organization
