Film Florida’s next Quarterly Meeting is Thursday December 11 & Friday December 12, 2025 in Orlando, FL. Events will include meetings for the Film Florida Committees and Councils and the Board of Directors. For those that cannot make it in person, Zoom capabilities will be available. Film Florida meetings will be at the Eola View, 150 E. Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801 and the hotel block will be at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, 191 East Pine Street, Orlando, Florida, 32801 (3 blocks, 3 minute walk to Eola View).
Reminder: During our December Quarterly Meetings, we are asking those that attend in person to bring an unwrapped toy/gift. All gifts will be donated to an organization in Central Florida for the holidays. Additionally, a 50/50 raffle will be conducted during the meetings. Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Attendees can pay cash, credit card or digital. Participants can be in person or virtual. The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the other 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund.

Hotel rooms can be booked at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, 191 East Pine Street, Orlando, Florida, 32801 for $199 per night plus taxes. Parking for Embassy Suites is $24 per day per car. The Embassy Suites has a pool and fitness center, and they host a complimentary evening reception for hotel guests. A free cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily for hotel guests. The group rate cut-off date is Wednesday, November 19, 2025 or when the room block sells out.
