Film Florida’s next Quarterly Meeting is Tuesday September 8 & Wednesday September 9, 2026 in West Palm Beach, FL. Events will include meetings for the Film Florida Committees and Councils and the Board of Directors. For those that cannot make it in person, Zoom capabilities will be available. Film Florida meetings and hotel block will be at Hilton West Palm Beach, 600 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL, 33401.
Reminder: During our Quarterly Meetings, we are asking those that attend in person to bring a non-perishable food item to the meetings. Film Florida will collect items and a local member of the organization will drop off the food items at a local shelter or food bank. Additionally, a 50/50 raffle will be conducted during the meetings. Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 of $20. Attendees can pay cash or credit card. Participants can be in person or virtual. The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the Film Florida 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund.

Film Florida is sharing the room block for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism at the Hilton West Palm Beach, 600 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL, 33401. Room rates are $215 plus tax. Included in the group rate are: Discounted valet parking – $25 per night or $15 for day use. The group rate cut-off date is Monday August 10, 2026, or when the room block sells out. The Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism is September 9 – 11, 2026. Film Florida members are invited to be a sponsor and participate in the Film Florida booth at a cost of $1,400 which also includes an all access pass to the conference. If you are interested in purchasing a badge only for the conference the cost is $750. The annual Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism (GC) is the premier educational conference for the Florida tourism industry. The conference brings together tourism industry professionals, advertising agencies, travel experts and state leaders to explore the latest trends and opportunities for the industry. GC will give attendees the opportunity to continue both professional and personal development by featuring dozens of specialized speakers both on the main stage as well as in breakout sessions. With nine+ hours of dedicated networking opportunities for attendees, GC is sure to provide ample time for new connections and potential business opportunities.
