RALLY IN TALLY 2015 will take place in conjunction with Florida Tourism Day on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. As you all know, this is an extremely important year for our industry when it comes to securing an adequately funded multiyear tax credit program. We need everyone on board with us as we visit Tallahassee to speak in person about how crucial this bill is for cast, crew, stakeholders, supporters, and ancillary businesses alike!
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- 8:30am – 10:00am: Registration/Check-In for Florida Tourism Day at the Augustus B. Turnbull III Florida State Conference Center, 555 West Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, FL.
- 10:30am – 12:00pm: Opening Remarks and Speaker Panel
- 12:00pm – 2:00pm: Lunch (Included in Registration Fee)
- 1:30pm – 5:00pm: Walk the Halls/Legislative Appointments at the Capitol Building
- 5:00pm – 8:00pm: Florida Tourism Day Street Party
All Rally in Tally participants must register for Florida Tourism Day! The cost per individual is $45 and includes lunch, access to a speaker event, assigned groups for walking the halls of the Capitol Building, and an evening street party with open food and open bar. For those who would like to ride on a bus with other Rally in Tally team members, buses will leave from Orlando and Miami in the early evening of March 10th and return late on March 11th. The cost for the bus is $50 per person. This bus will also transport guests from the designated Film Florida hotel block to the Turnbull Center on the morning of March 11th.
Film Florida’s hotel block is reserved at the Baymont Inn and Suites Tallahassee Central for $50.00 per room on the night of Tuesday, March 10th.

If you would like to attend but arrange your own travel and accommodations, please continue through the RSVP process to ensure you are registered for Florida Tourism Day.
