Film Florida’s Annual Meeting is Tuesday May 5 & Wednesday May 6, 2026 in Fort Lauderdale. Events will include meetings for the Film Florida Committees and Councils, the Board of Directors and the Film Florida Legends Award Ceremony. Room block and meetings will be at The Dalmar, 299 N Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale FL, 33301.
Reminder: As always, we will be conducting a 50/50 raffle. Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 of $20. All payments will be made virtually via credit card, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the Film Florida 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund. Additionally, we will be collecting non-perishable food items and making a donation to a local food pantry or similar entity. If you are attending in person, please bring a food item for the collection.

Hotel rooms can be booked at The Dalmar, 299 N Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale FL, 33301 for $199 per night plus taxes. Overnight parking for The Dalmar is $40 per day per car. Discounted parking for day guests is $10. This rate is for drive on attendees only and not overnight guest. The group rate cut-off date is Tuesday April 28, 2026 or when the room block sells out.
